Gold lustre bowl produced in Manises, recovered from discoveries in its subsoil. Made of red paste and freehand decorated with a paintbrush using cobalt oxide. After a first firing, the bisque with the decoration receives a tin glaze and it is subjected to a second firing; to get the gold luster, another decoration is applied over the glaze the pigment of gold luster and with a third firing is obtained the luster. This bowl and the others in the same showcase are wheel-thrown, whereas the tiles are handmade using a “Palmata and Graella” type mould.
