Purchase, MCM inv.: 1621
Piece made in Manises during the 20th century. During this century, the diversity of types of objects produced was abundant, as were the decorative ornaments. They were made by moulding white paste, which, once fired, was generally decorated with polychrome. In addition, different techniques were used to apply colour to the pieces (freehand and paintbrush, stencil and airbrush). These techniques were combined to achieve rich decorations. Finally, the pieces receive a transparent glaze and are fired again.
