Obelisk

Next to the Hermitage of San Roque, is this stone obelisk with a square base. From its four lateral faces we can see several elements:

• A relief map representing the municipality of Fortuna.
• The coat of arms of Fortuna
• A brief memory of the moment in which Fortuna requested and obtained the Carta Puebla.
• A list of the eleven smalls towns that are within the municipality: La Gineta, La Matanza, Rambla Salada, Los Baños, Caprés, Las Casicas, Hoya Hermosa, Fuente Blanca, La Garapacha, Peña Zafra de Abajo and Peña Zafra de Arriba.
