Scultpure of the Page

During the festivals of Abanilla,
the pages are very important.
The pages are boys between
5 and 7 years old who,
during the pilgrimage of Abanilla,
dress according to tradition.
The pages are responsible for helping the captains
with a mace.
With it, they point to the captains
where they should shoot or roll the flag.
After the captains finish shooting,
the pages bow.
