The Port

Around the port, a neighborhood with whitewashed houses and narrow streets emerged at the beginning of the 19th century. The charm of this neighborhood is enhanced by the sculptural silhouette of the Church of Our Lady of Loreto, inaugurated in 1967, an important example of avant-garde religious architecture, notable for the bold design of its lines and spatial concept.

Today, Duanes de la Mar is a vibrant neighborhood full of shops and restaurants.
