Carrasca Urbanization

Being the first urbanization in Nàquera, “La Carrasca” was initially inhabited by important figures from the Valencian business and professional world.

During the Spanish Civil War, Nàquera became the capital of the Republican government, with part of the command settling in La Carrasca.

In 1974, the La Carrasca Country Club was founded to promote social relations among neighbors and was open to all residents.

Currently, there are still villas and single-family homes with large gardens and elements typical of Modernism or Art Deco. The structure is a square-shaped core with large passage areas and a lateral or central tower with viewpoints.
