Annexe installations

Throughout the life of the Roman spa, various structures were built on the outside that complete the final image.

  • An outdoor swimming pool, which was built in the 2nd century CE and whose creation altered the pool and the water outlets varied next to it.
  • A changing room or apoditerium, a small masonry room from which there is direct access to both the outdoor pool and the spa building.
  • Structures dating from the 3rd century CE, which are found under some 12th century remains.
