Ancillary facilities

Over time, the Romans built other structures
outside the spa.

We can distinguish three areas:

• Outdoor swimming pool:
This was built
in the 2nd century after Christ born.
This pool slightly changed
the original water outlets
of the pool.

• Changing room:
The changing room was
also known as the apoditerium.
It is a small room
from which you can enter directly
to the outdoor swimming pool
and the spa.

• Structures from the 3rd century after Christ born:
These structures are under other remains
which were built in the 12th century
by civilisations other than the Romans.
