The Virgen de la Purísima is the patron of Fortuna.
The image of this virgin, which dates from the 17th century, has been attributed to the school of the sculptor Alonso Cano. With this image the sculptor wanted to represent a pregnant teenager.
In 1992, the image was restored by the sculptor Francisco Liza, who discovered a primitive painting of the body, but did not dare to touch the face and hands so that it could enjoy such charm.
