The Route of the Coats of Arms

The Route of the Coats of Arms (Ruta de los Escudos) is an urban cultural itinerary that traces the façades of Mahora’s ancient manor houses, where stone blazons and heraldic shields have been preserved. These emblems reflect the town’s noble past, dating back to when prominent families settled in Mahora, drawn by its agricultural wealth and strategic position.

Walking this route allows visitors to discover the history of the leading noble houses that shaped the municipality’s destiny between the 16th and 18th centuries.
