Coffin

Container made of esparto and that serves to contain figs, raisins, fish, etc…, is also used to put ground olives in the press of a mill. In this case, the dolphin acted as a filter, when pressing the paste of the olive, the oil ran through the holes and the pieces of bone remained the dolphin.
