Handwasher

The handwasher performed the functions of the current washbasin. In essence, it is a furniture that contains a bowl and was complemented with a porcelain jar and a basin to get the water that ran through the slip of the lever. Until the second decade of the 20th century, it wasn`t installed the current water in the houses, so, in the richer houses, pills were excavated or cistern were installed. The poor families got the water in public fountains.
