Trail of Satarenya

The route crosses the Satarenya area, following the ravine of the same name. It passes through landscapes where relief, vegetation, crops, water and heritage blend harmoniously. Thanks to the preservation of traditional farming, we can enjoy beautiful scenes, especially in winter during the almond blossom season, with the Satarenya tower and the Serra castle providing an incomparable backdrop.

The botanical aspect is also noteworthy, as we can observe changes in vegetation depending on the microclimates created by the presence of water, the orientation and the terrain morphology.

The starting point of the route is located on the Paseo de Las Delicias, on the road from Náquera to Serra. We leave the main road to enter the ravine, where we find various water-related constructions. Following the path that crosses the ravine, we will reach the Pecaul housing development, from where we turn left at its last street. Upon leaving the urbanised area, we cross a small bridge on the left and continue along the track that runs parallel to the Satarenya ravine.
