Creu del Portitxol

Viewpoint

The visitor arrives at the Creu del Portitxol, a quiet corner of the coast that once served as a natural anchorage in ancient times. Yet, when they look up, it will probably be hard to take their eyes off the striking sight just a few meters away: the island of Portitxol. This small island, about 300 meters in diameter, was once inhabited, and archaeological remains such as ancient burials have been found there.
