Les Pesqueres brings together at its viewpoint a small universe of place names, created from the fishing activities that the men of Xàbia and neighboring towns carried out on the steep walls of the cliffs, despite the obvious difficulties. Standing on the rocks or on a fragile reed platform, the men would position themselves to fish, especially during the long, dark winter nights.
